JIM STAYS IN DUG OUT

Jim McInally will be free to continue in the dug out for Saturday's important league game with Albion Rovers.

His appeal against and additional six match touchline ban and extra £500 fine for refusing to pay the original £1,000 sanction ended inconclusively and will be continued at a later date.

The SFA's Appeals Committee has asked Jim to provide additional information in relation to his appeal.

"I  am happy at being able to continue in the dug out for now," said Jim. "It's where I  feel mosy comfortable on a match day. Although, I  don't think it makes that much of a difference to the players."

Jim was banned for 16 games and fined £1,000 for "excessive misconduct" in relation to incidents at Shire's play-off semi-final match at Cowdenbeath in May.
